Alpha Signal Report is not an investment adviser, broker, or dealer. Nothing it publishes is investment advice, and nothing is personalized to any reader's circumstances, holdings, or objectives. The same content is made available to every reader. Readers are solely responsible for their own decisions, and trading involves risk of loss.

You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the content in bulk, or present it as your own, without prior written permission.

You agree to use Alpha Signal Report for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to compile a derivative data product without permission.

Alpha Signal Report is an intelligence and information product. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of commercial outcome. The analysis reflects the current state of publicly observable signals and is provided for informational purposes only.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Signal Report's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
